Please allow up to 6–8 working days for your order. This charge covers delivery only — international customers are responsible for import duties and local taxes. All deliveries require a signature to accept; if no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery.

We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched, and delivery attempted 2 or more times without success may result in order cancellation (original delivery charges deducted from refund) — we'll notify you first. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, or to private addresses in China and Russia.

There is no delivery charge within India. All orders are sent via DTDC and require a signature on receipt to accept. Due to seasonal demand, please allow 6–7 working days to avoid disappointment.

If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from your refund — we'll notify you first so a new order can be arranged if needed. Bank holidays are not considered working days.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ensure the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase — within 14 days of receipt, to:

We'll issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges, once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 10–15 days for a full refund from the date of receipt of goods.

The cost and safe return of goods is your responsibility until received at our returns depot — we suggest a tracked or recorded delivery service, and insuring high-value items before you send them.

Exclusions & sale items

  • Custom-made or special orders are excluded from this policy (this does not affect your statutory rights).
  • Sale items or promotional purchases may only be returned for exchange or shopping credit, in original condition with proof of purchase, during the same sale period or within 14 days of purchase — whichever is earlier. Shopping credit must be redeemed by the end of that sale period.
  • Items reduced to 50% or below original retail price cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged goods: if your package arrives faulty or damaged, please do not accept delivery if the package is open — contact customer services immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost to collect the goods and re-deliver.
